Thank you for the mention, and for reminding me of several things: 1) to stay in an attitude of gratitude, and 2) to restart my gratitude journal. In it, I would include "basics" that we could easily take for granted like breathing, ability to rise and be mobile, etc. Some of my favorite gratitude writings are of things that made me smile, and laugh. They're usually questions my soon-to-be 5 year old nephew cleverly yet innocently asks. :) I found it, yay!
